1. People were milling around the parking lot (it was 12:30am and snowing), and there is a HUGE sign on the front door stating 'Hotel is not responsible for valuables taken from cars in parking lot'.

2. In my letter to Ramada I told them that this would not deter me from staying with Ramada in the future, but after getting a response I think I`ve changed my mind.
