1. always enjoyed kindness of staff, in particular Theresa, who went out of her way to help me on many occasions.

2. Staff was very helpful but when we stayed an additional night, the rate was increased (disappointing since we were told the same rate would apply) I also liked the fact that the hotel is gated.
