1. Hotel was nice - perhaps an older Hilton Garden Inn? Did not seem quite as updated as others I've stayed in.

2. One of the attendants did a spectacular job and the other was the exact opposite (completely ignored me and acted rude when I asked nicely for anything, happened everyday he was there).
