1. People cordial, room very clean, and,of course, you never go wrong with the wonderful Marriott bed.

2. The location is wonderful - every thing you would want to do in downtown Nashville is an easy walk - just know that if you walk down the hill to the action you must walk back up the hill later.

The rooms are nice and large, with tall ceilings, sitting area, very nice bath area (sink and vanity outside shower and toilet room), typical wonderful Marriott bed, the whole hotel is clean, breakfast and coffee area very nice, computers in the lobby (with no stupid access code required), etc, etc.

6. We stayed for 3 nights - the room was always well-cleaned, the valet parking/bellhops were courteous and prompt in retrieving your car, and the conceirge/front desk clerks were helpful and full of very useful information - they directed us to some wonderful restaurants downtown within walking distance, our favorite of which was Demos' Restaurant, which had steaks so tender you could almost cut them with a fork.

7. It is also centrally located for all of the walking tours of Nashville, such as the wonderful ghost tours.
