1. We stayed here when all of the downtown hotels were already booked and were extremely pleased with everything.

4. The hotel itself felt a bit dated and could certainly use a refurbishing but hey I booked a Holiday Inn not a W and was very pleased with the value, especially when compared to other hotels in the area.
