4. They have great front desk staff, friendly breakfast staff, and a shuttle that will take you not only to/from the airport, but also up to the Gaylord Opryland area, which was a huge plus.

6. The great thing about Homewood Suites is that the manager provides a 'Welcome Home Reception' on Monday to Thursday nights which includes a meal as well as beer, wine and other cordial and tea drinks.
