2. No, it's not a boutique hotel, it's not the jewel of the city, but if you're passing through and you want to be NEAR the action and have a decent and inexpensive place to sleep, eat, and clean up, I certainly recommend it.

10. decent location, right next to freeway, music row is the next street over, downtown is way to far away to walk to if thats what you want to do, we drove everyplace, since the hotel wasnt really near any attractions.
