1. the lady at the desk when we checked out early didnt even appologize, try to accomodate us, comp our room or in any way make the sitation better.

That is until housekeeping decided it would be better to open and slam the heavy doors 16-20 times (I peeked out to see what the hell was going on & it was definitely them, disturbing because what I perceived to be the supervisor with clipboard in hand, was there) instead of wedging the door open.
