1. We had breakfast here one day- they actually lost our order and the food was average, no better than the free buffets you get at any Hampton or Drury Inn.

2. They have shuttle services from and to the hotel and if you inform them erly they will be even take you to Opryland for free.

5. The location is a bit out of the way, but the shuttle bus is ALWAYS on the go, and I think they try very hard to accommodate any special requests - its almost like having a free taxi at your disposal.

7. Because of the floods the mall is shut down and you can park right in front of the Opry and 5 minutes away from the Opryland resort and it is FREE.
