1. I was not made aware of this upon check-in and if I had been I likely would have left and chosen another property.

8. Now, you're going to tell us that we're down south and pool repair companies are that hard to come by? My guess is that the pool heater has been out of commission since March, when the pool was initially closed, and they don't feel like putting out the money to fix it.
