1. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly, and breakfast was fresh and tasty -- nice fruit salads, cereal, and yogurt, or you could order waffles, omelets, etc.

5. I LOVE the HYATT Place for the clean, spacious rooms which are more like suites, modern ammenities such as the 42 inch flat screen that swivels and the ever-friendly and helpful staff.

8. Front deskperson, Sasha, was very helpful in getting us MapQuest printouts to Grand Old Oprey and Bluebird Cafe (we actually got to both on our 1 evening stay.
