5. They have a free breaksfast : with juice,milk or coffee ,muffins,toast, bagels, cereal, fruit, and u can even make your own homeade waffles - which are so easy to do and taste yummy.

6. I had problems connecting to the internet with my laptop but the staff member at the desk told me our 5th floor room is hard-wired for internet use and loaned me a 10-foot ethernet cable, free of charge (of course).

9. Whatever happened to free shuttles within 3 miles? This hotel charges $15 PER PERSON to use the shuttle.
