2. Yes, construction was in progress but heard no noise, check in was set up in a conference room but the staff could not have been any better.

5. Bottom line? There are much better deals in the area, with better creature comforts, and who wouldn't have to try very hard to surpass the customer service standards set here.

9. This hotel was absolutely fine as far as cleanliness and presentation, we had a perfectly good night's sleep, but if you want decent, polite service - for example, if you are choosing this hotel for your wedding guests, as my friend did - then you can do better elsewhere.
