2. One of our friends had to move 3 times because they were given unclean rooms and/or rooms without any sheets on the bed- they had 8 hrs to get the room clean by the way while we were at Summerfest- came back at 2am room still not cleaned.

3. Needless to say --my friend and I went out to the van and the front desk clerk (same woman from our check in) loaded our baggage into the van while verbally loudly 'praying ' out loud that she could 'lift' our luggage and get it into the van.

6. My friend then went to park the car in the back of the parking lot (not where we were told to park on my last 2 stays at all --my last stays we were asked to park in front of the building where the front desk person could keep an eye on the car while you were traveling for the week.

7. Therefore anyone and their brother could enter our hotel room at any time with ultra super easy access---My friend called the front desk to report the broken lock and she was told, 'Oh that's ok -- you will be safe'.
