1. The pool is surrounded by rooms, so the internal area is hot and humid and it takes a while to cool the rooms overlooking the pool down a bit.

4. worked for about 1 hour and called for a repair again, and again they sent someone right away, this time they did fix it and we were up and running with a cool relaxing room.
