7. The staff was friendly and helpful (had to ask for crib for smallest one, and staff found one immediately, free), the room was clean, the shuttle to the airport was on time, free and convenient, and the continental breakfast was just fine.

9. Well, right away at check-in we found the staff very friendly and helpful - the lobby and breakfast area were very clean and tidy - the room was a good size with very nice furniture - bathroom was very clean and recently updated - free wireless was quick and dependable.
