1. Given the reasonable price point for a night stay I should not care about some of the misses in the room, but there were some stains on the pillow case which grossed me out, luckily I only need one pillow when I go to bed.

4. The staff that I dealt with on two different days appeared to not care about the customers and were more concerned with having their "personal conversations" than helping.
