1. The lobby is very nice, recently redone I'am guessing, the entire hotel appeared very clean.

8. * kind, happy, helpful staff who went beyond the minimum--small kindnesses, but so nice--for example, for the valet parking attendant offered to bring a luggage cart from the lobby, * clean, large room with two beds AND a sofa bed, so that everybody had their own bed.

9. The things I liked about the hotel were* a big clean pool and jacuzzi for the kids; * a restaurant with a somewhat limited menu adjacent to the lobby; * a lovely renovation of the lobby area, including televisions, newspapers, and a nice selection of books about Wisconsin.
