1. The room was outstanding and everything in this newly redone Art Deco Hotel was well done.

2. This is insanely picky, but I'm surprised at the new entrance that was added on the west side of the hotel, where you pull in to park: it doesn't fit the hotel's design at all.

7. The beds are superb and lighting, decor, and overall look is of it is classic but not stuffy or outdated as many high end hotels can appear, I was very impressed with how well the vintage charm was still retained even though the rennovations were obviously new.

10. Called front desk only to be told to come back to reception and they would give us a different room surely when you pay for a 4 star hotel you would think they would have sent someone up to help us with our cases and bring us to our new room.
