1. They both made my nearly impossible situation (when we first arrived) not only possible but pleasantly transformed into an unbelievable welcome for my 6 year old grandson and me.

2. Front desk staff was very nice and extremely helpful with directions locally, even had a welcome bag of chips and a bottle of water, nice touch.
