Our room, which looked to be dated from the 1970's, had a hole in the wall, mold in the shower, stains on the carpet, paint chipped-walls & baseboards, toliet seat looked like someone chewed on it, the bed mattress was very very old and squeaked anytime you moved, and the cooling unit (1970's) did very little to cool & was extremely loud.

3. We had to turn on the air conditioning high before we fell asleep to cool the room, as it was so loud, there was no way we could have slept thru it.
