1. We were advised on arrival that the hotel were renovating rooms but we heard nothing which made the compensating complimentary drinks at the bar taste even better.

7. If you plan to stay in Miami long term, there are perhaps better hotels, and locations out there- however for the quick night or two, this hotel does what its supposed to do- provide comfortable, affordable lodging.
