8. -rooms a bit shabby and need repainting-nice pool area and hot spa, but was not clean had a layer of scum lining the waters when we stayed, shame as a lovely sized pool and patio area-no guest laundry-overpriced, not usual hampton quality probably worst hampton ever stayed inwould i stay here again? no thankyou.
