1. When you fire up the a/c, the moisture in the warm air has to go somewhere when the room cools down, so it dews and gets all the sheets, chairs, and floor damp.

4. I'd highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Memphis (although I prefer staying downtown for business so I can walk to cool restaurants for dinner, but this place might make me change my mind on that.
