1. I like the way they stated it, but along with the bolted iron, it gave me the impression that we were in an hotel where patrons steal towels, irons and whatever else they can get their hands on.

4. 'Andy' was excellent and assisted us with all of our needs and the non smoking policy and fines for violators were very impressive, as we are non smokers with allergies and have a hard time finding smoke free accommodations.
