7. It recently was renovated from the concrete up with everything new and there is clearly a sense of pride by the employees.

8. It had a kitchenette w/hardwood floors, a tv watching area with a nice, new tv & dvd player and small sofa, a separate bedroom area (with another tv), a powder room/closet area and a spotless bathroom with plenty of towels.
