2. The front desk and food staff was wonderful, but was so thrilled at service by maid service, they were always friendly and helpful but truly out did theirselves when I called expressing that I had left my laptop cord and did anyone find it.

The only negatives I could find were we stayed on a Saturday night the free food & drink time was really crowded and there were kids running up and down the halls aloof outside our room Drury could offer a parenting class to help parents keep there kids under control it might have made things better.

10. just not helpful (for example, did not explain that customers should park behind the gated area of the parking lot and that the room key opened the gate), didn't mention breakfast, or that the side door was broken and we'd have to use the front entrance.
