3. The window AC is about as good as can be expected from a window unit, (more noise than I like, but not so noisy that I can't sleep) and they are controlled by reasonably precise digital thermostats.

9. The only reason I didn`t give this room a rating of 5 was because I noticed that the fan was dusty in the bathroom, and the non-slip strips in the bathroom were peeling off.
