5. Much to our shock, even closer than this best Western, there was a Fairfield Marriot Hotel--Hyatt owns this chain and is much more to the level of hotel I choose for my family and recommend to my friends.

7. Oh and the best they could do was to put us into a best Western nearby (which is cheaper, and not the comfortable room that we expected, and we were not given any additional coverage for inconvenience).
