1. There were big gaps around the door to the room, which if it had been weather stripped would have helped keep the noise of the freeway down (and my room faced away from the freeway), and room warmer.

3. the room was very clean, no sign of any bugs or remnants of any past customers were found, room service were typical, they just did thier jobs when needed and were helpful to me.

The Staff is very very nice and helpful, the location is good (there are places to eat like Dennys, MacDonalds) ;also, all the main attractions(like Hollywood and others) are actually closer than I expected (if you have a car, you will get there pretty fast)The room was clean, the area was nice, the staff was wonderful, what else can you ask for?.
