1. The business centre was equipped with new PCs and a great high speed laser printer which we used to print our boarding passes before leaving.

3. After multiple trips to the front desk to obtain new keys and having the maintence worker check the door, we found out the hotel room was already occupied.

4. THEN, to make matters worse, they outsource the housekeeping to an outside company, so I wasnt even able to get housekeeping to come and give me new towels or to empty the trash.
