Pros:- Spacious room,- Comfy bed,- Neat bathroom (fixtures are new but need a bit of care), - Wireless work well, - Desk (Steve?) kind and genial,- Korean town seemed the safest in the city- Close to metro and bus routes- 5 mins walk to Zion MarketCons:- A/C is noisy, - Breakfast is only coffee and muffins (or cookies) served on an easel (Cake House Cafe in Zion Market is perfect place for breakfast)Overall:Worths the price, satisfied.

3. The room was nice, with almost everything being brand new (the bathroom features were all brand spanking new) and nice hardwood floors.

7. From what I understand, it's a fairly new ownership and they are doing some renovations/additions which I think will be really nice when finished.

Lastly, not forgetting the housekeeping left a big bottle of floor cleaner solution on the desk table as a surprise when i came back late at night (I did left a tip on the bed, probably it's not enough?) I'm usually tolerant & not choosy & i knew the hotel was in the midst of renovation, but judging by what i experienced and unless new pictures of facilities were added, i would not recommend the hotel to my friends in near future.

10. I wasn't expecting much for the price but new it had been renovated so I was hopeful and when I got there I was really impressed.
