1. As i said we really enjoyed the location, the staff (apart from the one exception) and the hotel in general.

3. The only downsize is that the closet is pretty small but I don't remember ever thinking of closets as being generous at any hotel.

7. GENERAL DECOR: Lobby is nicely decorated and the hallway floors were heavily carpeted to reduce noise which is nice.

There are a number of people in this establishment that stand out during my frequent visits to this establishment:-Laura in concierge-James in Fredericks Lounge -Maurice in valet-Nicole at front desk-Francois Khoury general ManagerThese folks always make me feel welcome and are very accommodating.

10. general poor customer focusThe best part of the stay was that the valet attendants were great with the customers especially the evening shift on weekends.
