4. however this wouldn't really be a problem as you only go up one set of stairs to get to the second floor, and the reception staff are really friendly so I have no doubt they would help you with your things if needed.

9. The staff were not overly helpful, they gave us bad information on getting to Anaheim and didn't ahve the best customer service skills, And breakfsat was pointless as room was overcrowded and impossible to get a slice of toast.

10. The Manager who helped us was great and we secured a very good room rate for the night including continental breakfast in the morning.
