7. * the property and grounds are ok, but again, you`re i the heart of beverly hills at a reasonably priced hotel, so do expect spectacular landscaping and big pool; the view out of our window was that of a retaining wall; the rooms towards the back of the property had a view of the courtyardOverall, i`d say this hotel is just right and i would recommend it.
