1. I wouldn't recommend walking a lot of places, but its very convenient to whatever you'd want to do/see in North Hollywood.

2. The downside is the neighbourhood is a little dodgy but it is close to a supermarket and theres a CVS and a couple of places to eat close by plus a bus stop right by the hotel which is convenient.
