1. The surrounding area is not the best, but we didn't feel unsafe or anything like that, and since we had a rented car it wasn't a problem for us.

6. The location is not the best for tourists - we mistakenly thought it was at the Hollywood end of West Sunset Blvd and it is actually miles in the other direction in a slightly seedy seeming neighbourhood where we didn`t feel entirely safe.
