1. One staffer got on, carrying nothing and asked my wife to press his floor numbers, no please and no thank you.

7. The hotel is a block away from Beverly Hills city proper and a few more blocks to Rodeo drive, but is located in great central area so you can get to the beach, the airport, Universal Studios, Hollywood with ease (by Los Angeles standards)The decor is very warm and pleasing.
