4. On the front desk there was an Oscar for the best La Quinta renovation, which I think can be debated, but I definitely would have given the Oscar to the ladies at the front desk who got me out of my crappy mood in no time.

8. When i enquired of how to get to disneyland, Frankie imediatley explained the pro's and cons of all the availible options and helped us choose the best one (a tour with VIP tours).
