1. I travel a lot on business and generally the best hotels can do is to make my stay not only bearable but comfortable.

4. The staff are ok , but given that we have stayed at many hotels in the US the level of customer service we felt was generally ok, but appeared to not have the personal touch of many other hotels.

7. Rooms in general are larger than in other hotels, there is always complimentary coffee available in the morning and there is a wine happy hour in the evening in the lobby.

9. I dont want to slate the hotel as bad overall, because the rooms are quite fine, location is good for Beverly Hills / Hollywood etc, on-the-ground staff are generally efficient.

10. Shame that the experience could have been great but ended up being average, and the general manager (who is quite active on here and seems to welcome guest feedback) ignored my efforts to discuss my experience with him.
