1. We checked out immediately, and the hotel refunded us for the night's stay, even put on the check-out receipt the reason for refund: BEDBUGS.

4. The room was reasonably clean (the carpet wasn't super-clean but we dont really walk bare-foot in the hotel rooms anyway), and I even saw a guy cleaning the elevator.
