1. I personally wouldn't be comfortable there for more than a couple of days, but it was just fine for what I needed, which was one night before my time share starts.

4. Location was good, Key West beautiful, Price was right, other than that the condition of the room was sub-standard, you could see where they painted over dirt, there were small bugs(gnats?), smelled of bug spray, but the beds were comfortable and the pool was nice.
