1. Overall we had no issues during our stay, everyone was very friendly and the service was very good.

4. Could have shown some understanding and could have try to help accommodate us better or send us a bottle of wine in the room (It is all inclusive, I realize, but it would have still been a good gesture) which would have been appreciated.
