1. If was only two minutes walk to Duval street with its bars and restatuants and a big plus was that there was plenty of parking at the hotel.

8. The room was clean (keep in mind it is not a new hotel), we had plenty of towels delivered to us each morning, we had a mini-fridge in the bathroom, nice bath amenities (even though I always bring my own to supplement), & a decent continental breakfast.
