1. If you are looking for action you would be better to stay closer to mid-town/Duval street or rent a scooter/car.

2. If you are getting an ocean view room (across the parking lot) make sure you know it is across a parking lot (a nice one) and so the higher you stay the better the view.

10. So based on what we paid I think that we could have found a much better place to stay, even if we didn't have the ocean views and if we go back to Key West we won't be staying at the Southernmost on the Beach again (or any of their other properties).
