2. Wonderful place, wonderful staff, excellent restaurant, what more can you ask for? Ok, perhaps better water pressure in the showers, but I am sure the hotel will work that out quickly.

3. Managment did eventually come out and yell at the group, posted the rules on all the doors (including room capacity rules and quiet hours), and things were much better after that.

5. Both bedrooms were almost identical, so if traveling with 2 couples there wouldn't be that 'who gets the better room' issue.

9. While the resort and staff were nice there are much better accommodations in Key West with a more tropical feel, right on the beach.
