2. The front desk clerk made me a new key, and when I still couldn't locate it she took down my home number and promised to call if it was turned in.

3. The only small downside was that there was a bulb that needed changing and, although they offered to change my room, there was no one on the premises to simply put in a new bulb.

5. The bed was comfortable and the 'newly designed business king' was ok (I didn't really need to work but had I needed to, the desk/chair/ability to hook up to wi-fi would have been helpful).

8. Ever since I stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Ogden, UT (now a Motel 6) several years ago with its new Redesigned & Rededicated renovation, I was hooked on the Red Roof chain for when I needed an inexpensive place to stay.
