1. We actually had family leave the church and return to the hotel to help finish set up, so the bride and groom wouldn't know what was happening, and the partial refund they promised for all the things they did wrong or didn't do at all, after having the contract for 7 mths before the event, they are now saying they won't return because there is a new owner/mgr.
