1. The carpeting is 70s style ala the Brady bunch and the hallways look like they haven't ever been updated.

4. i had also forgotten a few toiletry items like shaving cream and razors for my husband and of course one of my little boys forgot to grab their toothbrush and when I called the front desk to see what they could do, the manager hand delivered all of these items to my room.

9. The ONLY thing I would change is to not have non-smoking rooms intermingled with the smoking rooms as the halls really smell like smoke.
