1. A very nice lady told me no problem, she would take care of everything for me, but my room would not be ready for another hour and gave me points of interest in the city and directions so we would have something to do while waiting(we was a couple hours early) After going out for dinner and returning, we found a different lady working the check in and she proceeded to tell me everything the first lady tole me was wrong.

2. I have a slick little laptop that has worked nicely around the world, but the first night when I got in really late I tried to log on and it was so slow my browser timed out several times.

3. The cleaning staff do a nice job and when the batteries died in our remote we had a set delivered in 5 minutes.

9. my family and i had such a nice time and stay at this hotel,we have no problem in staying at this hotel whenever we visit florida again.
